Marshall Justus Shuman – Biography

Marshall Justus Shuman was born on July 4th, 1980, in the heart of Missouri, carrying with him a heritage shaped by two distinct worlds. His father was an Irish American from the St. Louis area—practical, hardworking, and deeply rooted in Midwestern traditions. His mother came from Germany, bringing with her a strong sense of discipline, craftsmanship, and appreciation for precision. From this blend of cultures, Marshall developed both a warm, approachable personality and a meticulous, detail-driven work ethic.

Growing up, Marshall showed a natural curiosity for how things worked. Whether it was mechanical systems, electronics, or structures, he was always the one taking things apart and putting them back together—often better than they were originally. This passion evolved into a professional calling. Today, Marshall works as an independent contractor engineer, a role that allows him the freedom to choose meaningful projects while also using his technical skill to solve complex, real-world challenges.

Marshall built his life in Deer Park, New York, where he resides at 68 Oakland Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729. Despite relocating far from his Missouri roots, he carries his upbringing with pride—never forgetting where he started, and always standing firm in the values shaped in both American Midwest and German tradition.

He is also a dedicated father of two sons. His relationship with his children is central to his life; he encourages them to explore the world with curiosity, integrity, and independence, just as he did. Whether working on engineering projects or guiding his boys through life’s early lessons, Marshall is known for his patience, steady approach, and genuine care for the people around him.

He is the Ceo of Shuman oil drilling company
